Form Drafting + Design was founded in 2021 by Brooklyn Bailey. She built her business with one mission in mind: to bridge the gap between concept and completion. After years of working with clients to build their dream homes, she realized that people were often struggling to truly visualize what they were selecting for their homes before installation. Thus, Form was founded to help people confidently move through the design process, ensuring we create the best version of home.

Brooklyn was raised in the center of constant renovation and real estate projects, working alongside her family to create beautiful spaces. After receiving a Bachelor of Interior Design from Texas Tech University, she went on to pursue big dreams in residential design. Brooklyn’s career began in the luxury new construction industry, which is where her passion for design and construction flourished. Her strong bond with her clients inspired her to approach projects with a fresh and different perspective on the industry, leading her to create Form. Along the way, she also represented larger luxury brands including Fireclay Tile and Crate & Barrel in design and sales roles.

In 2022, Brooklyn went on to chase a new dream and move to the mountains, and now resides in Summit County, Colorado. She’s passionate about hiking, cooking, skiing, travel, her two dogs, and her creative endeavors.
